How to cancel a reservation

  • Make your reservation through the Official Hotel Heimat website.
    Many people who want to confirm or cancel their reservation say that they don't have the confirmation key listed.

    Please check the details using the method below and proceed with cancellation, etc.
  • ① If you registered without membership, please proceed to reservation inquiry/cancellation.

    ②Enter the "Reservation Number" and "Confirmation Key" listed in the confirmation email.

    ③The details of your reservation will be displayed, so click "Confirm cancellation details" at the bottom.

    ④Click Cancellation Complete

    ⑤When the message "cancellation complete" appears, the process is complete.

  • If it is not displayed, you are a registered member.

    ①Please proceed to "Membership" inquiries, changes, and cancellations.

    ②Please enter the email address and password you used when registering as a member.
    　*If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" below and we will reissue it for you.

    ③The details of your reservation will be displayed, so click "Confirm cancellation details" at the bottom.

    ④Click Cancellation Complete

    ⑤When the message "cancellation complete" appears, the process is complete.

    ① I haven't received a confirmation email.
    　It will be sent to the email address you registered.(Not delivered = Reservation cannot be made)
    　　*The email title is Hotel Heimat Reservation Confirmation
    　If you still can't find it,
    　　○If you are already a registered member, please confirm your membership registration on the "Check Reservation Details" page and then resend the confirmation email.
    　　○If you made a reservation without registering as a member, please go to the "Reservation Details Inquiry" page and click "If you have lost your confirmation page, click here" to have your confirmation email resent.

    ②I don't know if I registered as a member.
    　If the confirmation email contains a confirmation key, you are not a registered member. If the email does not contain a key, you are already a registered member.

    ③I tried as above, but still can't cancel.
    　Please call the hotel directly.At that time, we will ask you to confirm your check-in date, name (full name), and reservation details, so please be prepared to answer immediately.

    ④I would like to change the details of my accommodation reservation.
    　As with the cancellation method above, please start by making changes.
    　If you are unable to change your reservation, please make a new reservation.
    　　*Please note that we cannot make any changes to your reservation even if you call the hotel.
